A Model Workshop was a great experience. I took a lot of pictures, and got to meet and shoot McKey Sullivan, America's Next Top Model.

Future katie couric!

My daughter has decided that since she wants to be a photojournalist when she grows older, she should learn how to use a dsl camera. So I will be taking her along with me to the bohemian photo shoot to take practice shots and get to know the camera. She will be using my old camera, putting it to good use for once, considering I hardly ever pick it up anymore, let alone use it.

Bohemian shoot!

I am doing a bohemian style shoot on the 14th with three lovely Latina girls. The "bohemian" look is a very hippie mixed with hipster kind of thing. I'm looking forward to the great shots that will come out of this shoot!

Bridges and bluebonnets

I have a new addition to my ever growing collection of props. It's a small, dark brown, wooden bridge that a small child could stand on. Our cat, Autumn, has already given her approval. I plan to take it out somewhere where there are plenty of bluebonnets and take pictures with it there. I wonder who will be the first to try it out?

Keeping updated

I had recently found that I had been neglecting my blog lately, so I downloaded the blogger app for iPad. I'll be able to keep up with it more often. I'll be posting our latest specials, recent photo shoots, and some behind the scenes shots so you can get a look at how it all comes together.

Lots of editing to do.. I guess the thing to do is just get in there and do it.
